This Privacy & Policy governs how Black Hat Server, Clidder Server and Black Hat DB collect, use, store, and disclose personal information when you create and use a Black Hat account. This notice is intentionally lengthy and covers commonly requested details. 1. WHAT WE COLLECT - Account data: name, username, email, password (stored for account access), profile photo. - Contact data: phone number, recovery email, address. - Profile data: gender, birthday, preferences, language, security Q&A. - Usage and device data for security and analytics. 2. WHY WE COLLECT - To provide account services, sign-in, personalization, security checks, and recovery mechanisms. - To communicate account-related messages, security alerts, and optional newsletters if you opt-in. - To comply with legal obligations and to protect the Service from abuse. 3. RETENTION & DELETION - You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data through Clidder Server support channels. YOUR CHOICES - You may change preferences, opt out of marketing, or request data deletion by contacting support. 8. CHILDREN - The Service is not intended for children under applicable age.
